We currently ship to the United States with expansion to additional countries coming soon. We ship from Jamaica for most products, with some items fulfilled through Amazon FBA for faster US delivery. Digital products are delivered instantly worldwide.

  • Orders $50-$99.99: $8.00 USD
  • Orders $100+: FREE SHIPPING
  • Express shipping available for $18-25 USD

9. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard from Jamaica: 9-17 business days
  • Amazon FBA items: 3-6 business days
  • Digital products: Instant delivery via email
  • Express shipping: 7-13 business days

10. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package in real-time. You can also check your account on our website for status updates.

11. What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for on-time delivery, international shipping can sometimes experience delays due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated on any significant delays and work with carriers to resolve issues quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

12. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery (extended to 45 days during holidays: November 15 – January 15). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

13. What’s your return policy?

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns
  • Customer pays return shipping (except for defective items)
  • No returns on opened personal care items or downloaded digital products
  • Items must be shipped back to our Jamaica location

14. How do I return an item?

Contact us at support@okeifheron.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. All returns must be pre-authorized.

15. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 11-19 business days from when we receive your return. This includes inspection time (2-3 days), processing (3-5 days), and bank processing time (5-10 days depending on your financial institution).
